Paul Billingsly
Paul started in the building business, while in high school,
working odd jobs for a homebuilder that attended the church
where his Dad preached. Starting at the end of a broom, he
took an interest in the process, and immediately became a
student of the “how” and the “why” of residential
construction.
After leaving Abilene Christian University (it was “college”
then!) in 1974, he needed to find a job that would support
his wife, Debbie, and a baby girl named Jana, so he took up
the work that he loved, his art — residential construction!
Still building today, Paul currently custom builds in all
price ranges and takes special care of each and every job.
He began with moderately priced spec housing in the South
Garland market, then quickly moved up. He moved to the oil
patch in Midland, Texas, and while there met a developer
from Dallas. From him he learned the development process.
When the oil bust of the late 80’s hit, Paul returned with
his wife and two daughters, Jana and Melissa, to Fairview,
Texas, where he and a partner developed Ascot Heath, the
first “concrete street” subdivision in Fairview. Since then,
he has developed The Woods of Ascot Heath and Paul’s Park in
Fairview, Tokalaun Park & Estuary in Lucas, The Commons of
Camden in Collin County, and he is currently developing a 10
acre site, gated, landscaped entry way, private concrete
subdivision in McKinney called Paradise Ranch. Other future
developments on the horizon include Driscoll Hill in Van
Alstyne.
In 2002, his daughter, Jana, suggested that he add
residential brokerage to his palette. Having held a broker’s
license since 1983, Paul and Jana opened the Real Estate
doors to the public with the intent to provide the same
level of service in the brokerage field that is Paul’s
signature in homebuilding. Paul believes in surrounding
himself with the very best people, and he quickly structured
that business for success by acquiring the services of the
best people in that market. As has always been the case, the
simple formula of “best people”, “honest, hard work” and
“dogged determination” has led Paul Billingsly Realtors to
becoming the fastest growing real estate brokerage business
in Fairview, Lucas, and Parker.
While loving his family most, wife Debbie, daughters Jana
and Melissa, grandsons Alex, Jordan, Connor, Major and granddaughter Lila Blue, he also truly loves what he
does everyday...and it shows!

Jana Billingsly Adkins
Having grown up around real estate all of her life, you
could say that it was always "in her blood". Jana has been
around the home building and selling/buying process her
entire life. In 2002, Jana and Paul decided to open a real
estate company to expand their services to this area. They
felt that they would be able to give clients the same level
of expertise in the buying and selling process as Paul has
been able to do in the homebuilding business. With 38 years
combined knowledge of real estate in the Fairview, Lucas and
Allen area, Jana can help you with any of your real estate

Jana is the proud mom of 3 wonderful boys, Alex, Jordan and
Connor. Alex and Jordan attend Lovejoy High School and
Connor is a student at Sloan Creek Middle School. They keep
her very active in Lovejoy groups and teams such as:
theatre, swim & dive team, football, lacrosse, choir,
basketball and photo journalism, just to name a few...Jana
and her boys reside in Lucas and you can almost always see
them out and about at school functions. Go Leopards!
