PAUL BILLINGSLY
Paul started in the building business, while in high school,
working odd jobs for a homebuilder that attended the church
where his Dad preached. Starting at the end of a broom, he
took an interest in the process, and immediately became a
student of the “how” and the “why” of residential
construction.
After leaving Abilene Christian University (it was “college”
then!) in 1974, he needed to find a job that would support
his wife, Debbie, and a baby girl named Jana, so he took up
the work that he loved, his art — residential construction!
Still building today, Paul currently custom builds in all
price ranges and takes special care of each and every job.
He began with moderately priced spec housing in the South
Garland market, then quickly moved up. He moved to the oil
patch in Midland, Texas, and while there met a developer
from Dallas. From him he learned the development process.
When the oil bust of the late 80’s hit, Paul returned with
his wife and two daughters, Jana and Melissa, to Fairview,
Texas, where he and a partner developed Ascot Heath, the
first “concrete street” subdivision in Fairview. Since then,
he has developed The Woods of Ascot Heath and Paul’s Park in
Fairview, Tokalaun Park & Estuary in Lucas, The Commons of
Camden in Collin County, and he is currently developing a 10
acre site, gated, landscaped entry way, private concrete
subdivision in McKinney called Paradise Ranch. Other future
developments on the horizon include Driscoll Hill in Van
Alstyne.
In 2002, his daughter, Jana, suggested that he add
residential brokerage to his palette. Having held a broker’s
license since 1983, Paul and Jana opened the Real Estate
doors to the public with the intent to provide the same
level of service in the brokerage field that is Paul’s
signature in homebuilding. Paul believes in surrounding
himself with the very best people, and he quickly structured
that business for success by acquiring the services of the
best people in that market. As has always been the case, the
simple formula of “best people”, “honest, hard work” and
“dogged determination” has led Paul Billingsly Realtors to
becoming the fastest growing real estate brokerage business
in Fairview, Lucas, and Parker.
While loving his family most, wife Debbie, daughters Jana
and Melissa, grandsons Alex, Jordan, Connor, Major and granddaughter Lila Blue, he also truly loves what he
does everyday...and it shows!

Randy Loving
Dedication to the best interests of her
clients is only one of the reasons Randy is successful with
buyers and sellers. Many years in hotel and convention
hospitality services created a desire in her to excel in
customer service and satisfaction. That same desire and
enthusiasm has transferred to reaching the goals of her
clients whether they are buying or selling their homes.
The things that are important to the client are important to
Randy. As a full time real estate professional, she
isn't happy until the client is happy, she will make it
happen. She treats each sales opportunity as if it were her
own, working as hard for the client as she would herself.
With the superb support team at Paul Billingsly, Realtors
and the most advanced technology available in real estate
today, Randy is equipped to making each real estate endeavor
successful.
Randy and her husband, Dr. Dan Loving, are
involved members of McKinney First Christian Church,
McKinney and their Fairview community. Both native Texans,
they have lived in the Texas Panhandle, the greater Houston
area, hill country, greater Austin, and Fairview.
Being something of a gypsy has taught Randy about relocation
and the important things in moving to a new area.
She helps find more than a home, she helps with the schools,
the shopping, the grocery locations, and even knows a great
dentist!
Randy loves spending time with her "grand
girls", Lauren a student at Lovejoy High, Jillian ready to
start 6th grade at Sloan Creek, and Madeline heading to the
third grade at Lovejoy Elementary. Her daughter Nicole
teaches at Sloan Creek. A good day is a day spent
shopping the Villages of Fairview with the "girls"!
