Paul Billingsly Realtors Bluebird  is a listing program the has the same personal service with our family of agents, but with a new twist. We list your home for 1% anytime, but in return you give up some simple services you get with a "Traditional Agent" at 3%.

When listing a property with a Bluebird agent, you will still be able to offer the Buyer’s Agent a 3% commission to sell your home, to insure that the proper inducement is present for the Buyer’s Agent to show your home.

However, instead of the standard 3% commission going to the Listing Agent, you pay only a one-time fee of 1% (minimum of $3,000.00) at the time of the Listing being taken. By doing this, the Seller saves 2 of the 3 percentage points on the Listing Agent’s commission. If you listed a $450,000.00 property, your selling costs would be reduced by $9,000.00! This will either a) net you more, or b) make you that more competitive in the marketplace. The neat thing about this option is it is available to you with you working with us on the front end using your computer and e-mail.
