Client determines by
viewing MLS data on our website and determines what
properties they want to be Shown. |

Client contact us at
LetsGoLook@pblp.com, and let’s us know which
houses they to be Shown. |

We will handle the
set-up, availability, and coordination of the
Showings. |

Lunch is provided |

Client’s sign Buyer’s
Representation Agreement & deposits $1,000 against
expenses incurred: |
-
$395 for first day of
Showing Property (this is deducted from the 1%
commission earned if Client closes a property)

$200 for each
additional ½ day of Showing Property, which is NOT
deducted from the commission earned if Client closes
a property (We want to encourage you to do your
homework on the MLS database on our website & know
what you want to look at-before we go Showing)

Balances of deposit
are refunded by depositing via US mail within 3
business days of request.

We will handle
contract offer, negotiations. |

We will provide a list
of Home Inspectors for you to choose from. |

We will provide agent
to gain access to property for walk-thru/inspection
of Repair Items. |

We will provide
closing assistance via phone, if needed. |
